These are questions a slave can ask a Dominant before going into his or her collar.

These questions should be asked to the dominant by the slave / submissive and answers should be written down by the interviewer or a third party.

Even if you know the answer to the question still ask the dominant unless they have already answered it in a question within this document (which happens often).

8.) What protocols do you want your slave to follow?

9) Do you plan to have intercourse or other sexual acts with your slave beyond BDSM scenes?

10) Who will be using the slave and how?

  • Who will the slave interact with?
  • Who will the slave have sex with?
  • Who will the slave submit to?
  • Who will the slave scene with?

11) Are you familiar with Pony Play (Slave should add his/her own kinks here)? Do you plan on doing that with the slave?

12) How do you expect your slave to contribute to the household?

13) How many slaves are currently in the house?

  • Do you expect that number to grow or shrink?

14) How will you enforce the rules with your slave?

15) How long have you been interested in the lifestyle?

  • How long have you been active in the BDSM community?
  • How active are you in the BDSM community?

16) Are you naturally dominant?

33) Please rate what you think the person you are considering would b e on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most extreme) as a masochist.
